The James Nautilus Miami Beach is located at 1825 Collins Avenue, in the heart of South Beach, offering direct beach and boardwalk access near Lincoln Road, New World Symphony, Ocean Drive, and other top Miami Beach attractions.

Originally built in 1951 by famed architect Morris Lapidus, the historic Miami Beach hotel was fully redesigned and renovated in 2026 before debuting as The James Nautilus Miami Beach in early 2027.
